Deacon Frank Reilly, MIBA
President
Frank was ordained as a Deacon in 2003 at the age of 38, after five years of study, education, and training. Subsequent to his ordination, Deacon Frank served as a Liturgical Assistant to Archbishop Cordileone while he was the Auxiliary Bishop in San Diego.
Deacon Frank is in active ministry at St. Keiran in El Cajon, CA. He actively participates in assisting at mass, baptism and baptism preparation, and R.C.I.A. training and has spent more than fifteen years serving on the Liturgical Training Team for Deacon candidates in the Diocese of San Diego. In addition to this, Frank is also the conference sacristan and deacon at all Napa Institute conferences.
As a Deacon, Frank is in the unique position to have one foot in the secular world and one foot in the religious world. The RFA Catholic Portfolio is where both aspects of Deacon Frank’s life intersect.
Frank’s professional and personal experiences traveling and conducting business around the world, combined with his advanced education in international business, have shaped his real-world perspective, guide firm reactions to world events, and help him to position portfolios to the benefit of the firm’s clients. Prior to co-founding Reilly Financial Advisors, Frank worked in multiple roles at a large San Diego-based investment advisory firm.
Frank holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in international business from United States International University and has earned the FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses.
In his free time, Frank enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and visiting Disneyland with his family.
